Louay is the Director and Founder of Spartans Security, bringing over 30 years of experience to the information security game. He's provided advisory services in security strategy, governance, risk, and compliance across a broad range of sectors, from education and FinTech to retail and government. Louay's also served as a CISO for various organisations and led many security programs, drawing on his deep expertise across platforms like Microsoft and Amazon. Louay has published many articles and is a sought-after keynote speaker on many conferences and events both in Australia and overseas. He is currently the Chair of the Cyber Security Technical Advisory Board of the Australian Computer Society, and a key figure in the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Melbourne Chapter, as well as being actively involved with Australian Information Security. Louay has many industries certification, including ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CDPSE.
